Local Business Networking for Local Business Referrals

Foothills Referral Network is a member of Business Networks International (BNI). BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world. BNI offers members the opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals.

Started in January 1985 by Dr. Ivan R. Misner, Founder & Chairman of BNI; BNI provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for men and women to grow their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing.

Only one member of any professional field is accepted for membership in each chapter, thereby "locking out the competition" within each local network.

What You Should Know:

  • Only one person from each professional specialty is permitted to join a chapter of BNI.
  • All participants should represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.
  • Unlike in a standard leads group, members act as a sales force by bringing each other solid referrals.
  • Participation in the chapter by members is a key to the success of a group. Members can participate by bringing bona-fide referrals and/or visitors to their BNI chapter.
